Once again, Chairman Johnson encourages undergraduate and graduate students to apply for an internship with the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Bookkeeping Duties

Daily Responsibilities:
• Enter sales data into spreadsheet for treasurer
• Enter invoices from vendors if there are any
• Record deposits in QBO (QuickBooks Online)
• Enter payments received (another employee does assist with this as well)
• Enter customer invoices and email or mail them
• Record paid invoices in QBO once the treasurer has sent the check (usually only do every
Monday)

Bi-weekly Responsibilities:
• Verify time entry of other employees
• Process payroll
